Emma Tunley is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Yoga Teacher and avid runner. She has been working with individuals as a personal trainer since 2008. Emma began her journey as a trainer operating Metro Life Fitness BootCamp in Sorauren Park, which she ran in both Outdoor and Indoor locations for 10 successful years. Emma’s Metro Life Fitness Bootcamp was listed as one of the ‘Best BootCamps in Toronto’ by BlogTO for 3 years!
Emma continued her education to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, graduating in 2014. The same year, she became Pre & Postnatal Specialist with Fit4Two. She then went on to complete the 200-hour teacher training with Power Yoga Canada in 2015. Emma is a lifelong learner who likes keeping up to date with the latest research in fitness and nutrition.
Emma’s current group fitness classes at MiBody are known to be challenging, dynamic and fun. Emma custom writes each class, yet seamlessly adjusts them for individual needs and class sizes.
